Calphalon Slow Cooker

The assembly of technology, function and style

Calphalon is famous for infused aluminum cookware. The company was set up in 1963 by Ronald Kasperzak under the name Commercial Aluminum Cookware Company. The aluminum cookware is their initial product. After 1968, they developed the new methods by adapted a NASA technology, hard anodized aluminum technique, which was known as Calphalon series. The new line of product was highly successful and has been developed until these days. In 1997, after purchased by Newell Rubbermaid, the company was finally changed the name to Calphlon.

In earlier years, the company has expanded in cookware lines in high market, such as tri-ply stainless steel, bakeware and cutlery products. Later, they has stepped into other kitchenware and household appliances, such as blender, coffee maker, convection ovens, toaster oven, electric grill and slow cooker.

For slow cooker, the brand seems to be a new face, but their products are interesting. As Calphalon is highly accepted for superior construction, sleek design and practical function, their products are warmly welcomed by consumers, as well as praised by many experts.
